Welcome to TabX: Multi Screen Browser. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TabX mobile application (the "App") provided by AppVenturePro ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TabX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AppVenturePro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal Android device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use TabX responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for:

• The content you access through the App
• Your browsing activities and website interactions
• Maintaining the security of your device
• Any consequences resulting from your use of the App

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You must NOT use TabX to:

• Access, download, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Engage in any activity that violates intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

4. Third-Party Content and Websites

TabX is a web browser that allows you to access third-party websites and content. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, websites, or services accessed through the App.

• Third-party websites have their own terms of use and privacy policies
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of third-party content
• Your interactions with third-party websites are solely between you and the third party
• We do not guarantee the availability or functionality of third-party websites

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all related content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons) are owned by AppVenturePro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your use of TabX is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Advertisements

TabX displays advertisements through Google AdMob to support the free version of the App. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings

8. App Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We may:

We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the App.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

• Warranties that defects will be corrected

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or expectations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPVENTUREPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Personal injury or property damage
• Unauthorized access to your device or data
• Errors, bugs, or viruses in the App
• Content accessed through the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero for the free version).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppVenturePro, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

12. Google Play Store Compliance

TabX is distributed through the Google Play Store and is subject to Google's terms and policies. You acknowledge that:

• Google is not responsible for the App or its content
• Google has no obligation to provide support or maintenance
• Google is not liable for any claims related to the App
• You must comply with Google Play Store Terms of Service

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App will immediately cease
• You must delete all copies of the App from your devices
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AppVenturePro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Providing notice through the App or via email (if applicable)

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AppVenturePro regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
